Community Clinics

Do you need help filling out forms?  Would you like a copy of our Guide or the Act?  Or would you just like to meet with someone fact-to-face to talk about your issue?

                                    We can help!

If you live in the Halifax Regional Municipality you can meet with a tenant rights volunteer at one of our monthly Tenant Rights Community Clinics for free, confidential, one-on-one legal information.

Our volunteers are trained to know the law about landlords and tenants.  They can give you legal information and explain your rights as a tenant.  They cannot provide legal advice.  If you need legal advice you should call a lawyer.
